With such grace, compassion, respect, and love for all his patients, Dr. Stuart Gross of The Locust Valley Animal Clinic here in Nassau County, LI NY, has by far the best Veterinary Practice. All his patients come first and he stops at nothing to make sure they get the very best of care needed. His Clinic has their own website with a personalized Pet Portal that each pet owner can register to free of charge. I am able to visit the site for the latest information, and access to my pets personal file and info on all his vaccines. Everything I need for my little Monroe is all right in front of me. The site also offers 24/7 access to Dr. Gross should I need him in an emergency or just to answer a question. I feel very confident in Dr. Gross's practice, and his Staff are all as lovely and loving as he is. I recommend Dr. Gross and his Animal Clinic to everyone who asks me about my Veterinian choices. I never hesitate to recommend Dr. Gross for all Veterinary needs. Very gentle but thorough, I know my Monroe is getting the best Veterinary care I can possibly find for him. Dr. Gross also writes very informative articles in our local newspaper and does his research on the latest pet health, food recalls, flea and tick prevention as well as all other aspects of Veterinary care. We love Dr. Stuart Gross, DVM. May God bless him, always.

MY DOGS ARE VERY PICKY ABOUT WHO IS AROUND THEM WHENEVER THEY GO TO THE VET THEY ARE NOT SCARED OF ANYTHING I THINK THAT IF ANIMALS COULD TALK THEY WOULD SAY THAT THEY LOVE THEIR VET AND THANK YOU FOR TAKING CARE OF ME .

Dr. Hernandez recently purchased the hospital where she has worked for many years. The owner/DVM was retiring.She added her personal touch with pretty decor and expanded services. She added ambulance/emergency services.Our English Mastiff developed bloat. She was at our house in 5 minutes along with two techs. A trauma protocol was put into effect. Doyle received incredible, wonderful care. He was unable to walk and by the evening, stomach evacuation and lots of fluid, Doyle with two IVS was standing and wagging his tail, happy to see us.Unfortunately, while he remained hospitalized, Doyle took a turn for the worst and past away. Doyle was 9 years old. He would have died out in our yard that day. He got the best, fastest care. He felt better and was made comfortable. We got to see him that way.We have known Dr Hernandez since she joined Bellrose Animal Hospital. She is an amazing person, a kind, sweet lady and the only vet we would go to. I could go on and on about her but I would run out of remaining words. Dr Hernandez is a a remarkable, dynamic, innovative vet with a beatific soul. You have to meet her.
